Quick and delicious breakfast pizzas made with toasted English muffins, sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, and melted cheese. Perfect for busy mornings!
- 2 English muffins split
- ½ pound Breakfast sausage
- 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Whole milk
- 4 large Eggs (scrambled)
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
- To taste Salt and pepper
Toast English muffin halves until golden brown.
Cook sausage in skillet until browned. Remove sausage, leaving drippings.
Make gravy: Whisk flour into drippings, cook 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Scramble eggs in separate pan until just set.
Assemble: Spread gravy on muffins, top with eggs, sausage, and cheese.
Broil 1-2 minutes until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
